Since every order is different, The prices on Tees are going to depend on a few different factors....
  And in order to give our customers the best possible price we need to know as much about these factors and the design being printed before giving the best price.

   Pricing:

  The price is going to depend on the following, in this order:

  1. The number of shirts you are getting per run with the same print, in the same location on the shirt. The more you order the better the price. Minimum is 24 pieces. We will print less than 24 but because of the nature of Screen Printing and the time it takes to set-up an order it will cost significantly more per shirt on orders of less than 24.

  2. The number of locations on the shirt that are getting printed on (front only, front and back, sleeves, etc.)

  3. The number of colors in the design. (White or light colored inks printed on Black or dark colored shirts require to be printed, Flashed Dry, then printed again to give proper ink coverage) Thus Printing on Dark garments will usually cost slightly more.

  4. The size of the design and placement on the shirt. Maximum Standard Print Dimensions:
full front or full back on adult apparel: 14"w x 16"h. Oversized Prints can be more complex and will usually cost more per shirt and screen set-ups.

   Screens:

  Screen set-up charges are $25 per screen and you need 1 screen per color in the design.
This charge only has to be paid on the first run of an order, and never again on re-orders of the same design. This Set-up charge covers the time, films, materials, and general cost of putting your design on my screens, Screens remain property of Superfly Screen Printing unless other arrangements are made in advance).

   Artwork:

  DIGITAL FILES: Digital art files include those designs created and saved from a professional graphics program or those designs exported from a graphics program at HIGH RESOLUTION.

 Our preffered file format of choice is Vector Art, (adobe Illustrator files, .ai, .eps) or a generic eps file that can be opened and resized at any size and resolution we require. Any and all fonts must be included with the exported file, or all fonts must be turned to paths prior to export.

 MICROSOFT WORD, POWERPOINT OR PAINT PROGRAM FILES ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE DIGITAL FILES AND CANNOT BE USED!

 Acceptable non-Vector files include .pdf, .jpeg, or bmp, as long AS THESE EXPORTED FILES ARE PROVIDED AT THE FULL SIZE OF THE INTENDED REPRODUCTION PRINT AT HIGH RESOLUTION (a minimum 300 dpi). Any and all fonts must be included with the exported file, or all fonts must be turned to paths prior to export.

 Artwork on Paper: All artwork should be Black on a White background, Reguardless of what color is ink is to be printed on the shirt.
